Project Overview
Solution Cleaning was engaged to deliver the full construction final clean for the new St. Anthony of Padua School development in Austral — the largest Major Capital Works project undertaken by Sydney Catholic Schools.
The project included new general learning spaces for Years 5–12, science and TAS facilities, library, mini hall, auditorium, administration areas, and extensive outdoor learning environments.

Challenges & Solutions
The project was delivered within a live school environment, requiring precise scheduling and safety management to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Working under challenging site conditions and an evolving program, our team implemented a flexible, stage-based cleaning methodology aligned with Lipman’s construction sequencing — maintaining presentation standards throughout and ensuring clean zones were available as required.
