Scope: Builder’s Clean & Final Clean of new campus (primary school + high school + VET facilities)
Project Overview
The project delivered a purpose‑built campus combining a new primary school and high school for the Snowy Mountains region, with modern learning environments, specialist VET facilities (hospitality, construction, entertainment, primary industry) and new connected learning centre. The builder was Hansen Yuncken.
Scope of Works (Cleaning)
Internal builder’s clean across classrooms, specialist VET workshops, library, administration spaces
External façade/glazing and outdoor hardscape cleaning (playgrounds, sports courts)
Staged cleaning aligned with active education environment handover phases
Final clean of all delivered zones in readiness for client occupancy
Challenges & Solutions
Remote/rural Alpine setting: the site in Jindabyne demanded works during winter, snow and high winds which impacted logistics and staging.
Live campus/phased occupancy: coordinating cleaning in zones while other works were ongoing required flexibility in scheduling and trade‑coordination.
Large infrastructure and specialist teaching zones required high‑presentation finishes including workshops, gym, VET facilities.
Outcome
Cleaning works were completed in line with project staging and enabled on‑time occupancy for the beginning of Term 1 2025. The newly delivered campus offers modern teaching & learning environments, and your cleaning delivery supported the builder’s handover and client outcome.
