Project Overview
Solution Cleaning was engaged to deliver the full builder’s clean and final presentation for the Equinix SY5 Phase 3 Data Centre extension in Alexandria.
This project — Erilyan’s eighth with long-term partner Equinix — involved remediation works, structural expansion, and complete fit-out of two new data halls along with secondary mechanical and electrical plant rooms, switch rooms, and service areas.

Challenges & Solutions
Operating within an active data centre environment required careful planning to meet strict security, safety, and contamination control requirements. Our team implemented staged cleaning programs in coordination with Erilyan’s construction schedule, ensuring precision and compliance while maintaining a high presentation standard across all areas.

All cleaning works were completed in line with Erilyan’s construction milestones, supporting an efficient and on-time handover to Equinix. The result was a high-quality presentation consistent with the precision standards expected in Tier III data centre environments.
